Pioneers History Dance was created to educate and celebrate the history and evolution of street dances and hip-hop culture.

They deliver a range of events that aim to educate and inspire, dedicated to providing dancers, artists, and enthusiasts alike with unique opportunities to learn from carefully selected UK and international pioneers of dance and hip-hop. Their festival activities include exclusive dance workshops, panel discussions, film screenings, art exhibitions, performances, dance battles, freestyle jams and networking opportunities.

For the third year of PHD, I created a new identity for the festival which involved an overhaul of the existing brand. I conceptualised, developed and implemented the new brand identity and created a suite of new design assets for the brand. I supported the brand through designing both print and online assets, including social media and other marketing assets as required. I created and prepared the following for print for the festivals live events: brochures, leaflets, postcards, posters, business cards, t-shirts, merchandise, and event banners.
